Volunteer Forms

 

Holy Angels School and the Holy Angels Home & School Association have thrived because of a strong spirit of volunteerism. We communicate a valuable message to our children when we participate in worthwhile activities! We welcome all parents to become more active members of the Home & School Association by volunteering as a committee chairperson, or by serving on a committee. We welcome all new volunteers throughout the school year.

 

 

Per US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Diocesan guidelines, ALL parish and school volunteers must now comply with diocesan Safe Environment requirements. All of these documents can be found at the link below.  Please call the School Office with any questions (630) 897-1194.
